Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

We never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and regular security reviews of our systems and practices.
While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your data and promptly addressing any security concerns.

Ambient Sound MachineZero data collection.
Vesper does not collect, store, or transmit any user data whatsoever. No analytics, no tracking, no personal information, no usage data, no crash reports, and no third-party SDKs. The app runs entirely on your device. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to identify you. Your listening habits are yours alone.
